I can’t thank Mark, Neil, David and team enough for the care and compassion they showed me, following the passing of my beloved husband in December 2024. From my initial meeting with Mark, when he talked me through the various aspects of arranging the funeral, he displayed nothing but professionalism, patience and empathy. The funeral itself was perfect – just as my husband would have wanted – simple with no fuss. Nothing was too much trouble.
We can not speak highly enough of the service Mark and the team provided. Arranging a funeral when you are at the lowest point you possibly could be losing a loved one is the hardest thing. But Mark did make it easier for us, he took the time to talk to us to understand how we could personalise the service for our son. Nothing was too much trouble and the professionalism, personal care and compassion shown was outstanding. Thank you.

Dignified and good communication.

Simply amazing.
Mark and his team were simply amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and his patience with our requests and organisation was over and above. They helped us every step along the way including assisting people who were lost on the way to the Crem!
